Movimento d’Avangurdia Ermetico thrives on strong Scandinavian influences and their lyrics deal with philosophical and spiritual topics which are completely sung in Italian.

In “Torri del Silenzio” we have an album without surprises, in which everything you’re going to find is almost an hour of cold, raw and minimalistic Black Metal, transporting us to the 90’s and where each song, with the exception of the "La caduta" intro, lasts more than ten minutes, but it’s not boring or monotonous. Here predominantly mid-tempos and icy riffs repetitive, permeating the entire album a sense of melancholy, but without losing strength. There are also spoken word interludes that accentuate the feeling of darkness and invite reflection and introspection.

This is an album that is hated or loved and me, personally, has captivated me from the first moment. "Torri del Silenzio" is not looking for surprise, but it transmit and that is exactly what it does. You should listen to it if you like bands like the early Burzum and Darkthrone, because you won’t be disappointed.
