DORRE

DORRE es una banda con origen en Lovaina, Bélgica. Una reunión en el café Rock de Lovaina, entre Adriaan de Raymaeker y Wolf Overloop, guitarra y batería respectivamente, ensayaban en el ático de Pektop (ex banda de Adriaan). Se lograron riffs pesados, profundos y oscuros. Los planes iniciales no fueron grandes. Un espectáculo por año, cerveza gratis, amplificadores, y músicos invitados.

Esta forma de vida continúa durante varios años, y se pide a DORRE que brinde más shows. La escena en Lovaina ofrece más shows a la banda. Y Erik Heyns, se une de forma estable. Se decide que es la hora de ampliar el espectro DORRE, la seriedad del proyecto lleva a escribir temas extensos, que llevan incorporados las influencias de cada músico. Una perfecta mezcla de Doom, rock psicodélico, blues y stoner, se generó de forma natural entre las guitarras y la batería.

En 2015, DORRE presentó un selecto conjunto de shows, antes de la liberación de un EP, en diciembre de éste mismo año. Esto sucedió después de su primera gira fuera de Bélgica, la llevaron por toda Inglaterra y Escocia en enero de 2016, comparte escenario con grandes bandas. Actualmente DORRE, centra su creación en música oscura, pesada y en lograr presentar en vivo su música. Han sido confirmados para un show en Londres, junto a SERPENT VENOM y como cabezas de cartel, en el escenario principal del Somatic Festival en Wakefield, en noviembre.

Este Split será liberado solamente en formato Vinyl de 12”(300 gr Negro, 200 gr Negro/verde) y digital .

Tree Fell from The sky, una bella y preciosa melodía de guitarras. La intensidad de la atmósfera melódica creada en un inicio, evoluciona a pasajes más agresivos, sostenidos en unos tambores impecables. Dentro de estos pasajes intensos se dejan caer arreglos brillantes, se logra una mezcla de riffs intensos, pesados, obscuros con arreglos preciosistas. Un exquisito Doom Metal Psicodélico Instrumental.

Four Walked into the Ocean, es el segundo track, inicia lento y contundente. Nuevamente las guitarras juegan con las melodías, mientras la batería propone los golpes precisos sin llevar un ritmo constante. Se evoluciona del opresivo Doom a pasajes con transiciones con algo de velocidad,y una de las guitarras suelta notas con aire trágico. En la parte final, entra en un intenso intercambio de arreglos guitarreros entre riffs y escalas. Una excelente propuesta, para gente que no marca límites o ideas preconcebidas, imaginación al poder.

BETHMOORA

Banda procedente de Copenhague, presenta su propuesta Sludge/Doom, formación de 5 músicos, existente desde hace un año, sus miembros tienen experiencia en bandas anteriores. Riffs contundentes, enormes, con ritmo y voces inquietantes, son la clave de su propuesta.

Las líricas de BETHMOORA giran en torno a un tema común, un mito creado por su cantante, Anders Kofod. Deidades, entidades, rituales ocultistas y conflictos eternos, son los componentes claves para este obscuro e imaginario mundo.

Los dos primeros temas de los mitos Witches and Ousted, es su demo autofinanciado, presentado en 2016, es bien recibido en la escena Sludge/Doom.

El primer show de BETHMOORA, actuó como la banda de apertura del Northern Discomford Festival. También hizo de telonero a los Canadienses Sludge Doperthrone, en su visita a Copenhague.

Una intensa y brutal Suite, con 17 minutos de duración. Un ejercicio de poder creativo. El tema inicia de forma delicada y obscura, hasta el momento que irrumpe el obscuro registro vocal, que sin problemas podría ser utilizado para cantar Black Metal. El Doom ejecutado es obscuro y asfixiante, de gran calidad. Mientras Martin Korff, en la batería marca el lento paso del Sludge, una guitarra marca los riffs y la otra marca arreglos psicodélicos. Una constante que se repite hasta llegar al minuto 14:48, momento en que se retorna al intrigante sonido inicial del tema. En conjunto es un tema sólido, pesado, intenso y magistral de fangoso Sludge/Doom. Recomendado para gente que quiere algo nuevo, para salir de la rutina del Sludge común.

DORRE

DORRE is a band originating in Leuven, Belgium. A meeting in the coffee Rock of Leuven, between Adriaan de Raymaeker and Wolf Overloop, guitar and battery respectively, rehearsed in the penthouse of Pektop (former band of Adriaan). Dark, deep and heavy riffs were achieved. Those plans initial not were great. A show by year, beer free, amplifiers, and musicians invited.

DORRE have been confirmed for another show in London with SERPENT VENOM and are headlining the mainstage of Somatic Festival in November.

This Split will be released only in format Vinyl 12” (300 g black, 200 g black/green) and digital.

Tree Fell from The sky, a beautiful and lovely tune of guitars. The intensity of the melodic atmosphere created in the beginning, evolves to more aggressive passages, sustained spotless drums. Within these passages intense is let fall arrangements bright, is achieved a mix of riffs intense, heavy, dark with arrangements precious. An exquisite Instrumental Psychedelic Doom Metal.

Four Walked into the Ocean, is the second track, starts slow and forceful. Again the guitars play with melodies, while the drums proposes precise hits without a steady pace. It evolves of the oppressive Doom to passages with transitions with something of speed, and an of the guitars loose notes with tragic air. In the part end, enters in an intense exchange of arrangements guitar between riffs and scales. An excellent option for people who do not check limits or preconceived ideas, imagination to the power.

BETHMOORA

Band from of Copenhagen, presents his proposed Sludge / Doom, training of 5 musicians, existing from makes a year, its members have experience in bands above. Strong, huge riffs with rhythm and haunting voices, are the key to his proposal.

The lyrical of BETHMOORA revolve around a theme common, a myth created by their singer, Anders Kofod. Deities, entities, occult rituals and eternal conflict, are the key components to this imaginary dark world.

The two first chapters of the mythos Witches and Ousted resulted in a self produced demo “Demo 2016” which has been well received in the sludge and doom scene.

The first gig of BETHMOORA was as the opening act of the Northern Discomfort Festival. BETHMOORA also opened for Canadian sludge act Dotherone when they visited Copenhagen.

An intense and brutal Suite, with 17 minutes of duration. An exercise of power creative. The topic starts so delicate and dark, so far that breaks the dark vocal register, which could be used for singing Black Metal without any problems.
