Antes de que comenzara la tercera guerra mundial la situación global era insostenible. Los gobiernos de los países desarrollados en un total colapso social comenzaron a sobreexplotar aún más si cabe a los más necesitados. Durante décadas debido a esta profunda depresión y a la necesidad de esperanza comenzaron a surgir nuevos mesías, creando así nuevas religiones. Estas eran la mezcla de todas las creencias occidentales unificándolas en una sola. Esta nueva fe dio optimismo a los más desfavorecidos ya que el gran boom estaba cada vez más cerca. Se creo una nueva biblia. En ésta se ponía de manifiesto que la humanidad pasaría por tres momentos decadentes antes de volver a restablecer los valores que una vez la hizo grande. Finalmente las cabezas nucleares sobrevolaron nuestra orbe. Millones de personas fueron brutalmente masacradas. En ese instante la primera de las profecías se hizo realidad. Esto hizo aumentar el número de creyentes en el nuevo todopoderoso entre los supervivientes del holocausto.
Uno de esos nuevos predicadores era yo. Inhumanamente desfigurado y vestido con unas raídas a la par que mugrientas túnicas, vagaba por el mundo expandiendo la palabra de la nueva deidad. En mi poder tenía el único ejemplar que quedaba de las enseñanzas divinas. Este libro hizo que en múltiples ocasiones fuese atacado por los asaltantes, ya que algo así podía ser canjeado por muchísimos víveres. Tuve que proteger de malas manos a los escritos y en ocasiones asesinar en defensa propia. Me encontraba terriblemente enfermo y sabía que mi fin estaba cerca, pero tenía que hacer un último esfuerzo. Tenía que intentar frenar lo inevitable. Para ello debía acceder a la viejas instalaciones militares. Seguidamente destruir las armas de aquel país que por miedo a su aniquilación le daría el golpe final a nuestra raza usando nuestro propio arsenal. Por otro lado también tenía que esconder la biblia, ya que no podía caer en manos de extremistas religiosos ni lunáticos. Todo ello estaba reflejado con metáforas en estas páginas bendecidas, y era yo quien tenía el peso y la responsabilidad de llevarlas a cabo. Tres días con sus tres noches me costó llegar a aquel imponente edificio. Había cadáveres por doquier, pero aparte de esos desdichados parecía que el complejo estaba vacío. A tan solo 400 m de la entrada enterré los textos sagrados. Seguidamente me adentré en aquel lugar. Busqué primero la llave que abriría la sala. Una vez dentro me encontré tranquilamente sentado de espaldas a mi a un mutante. Por sus vestiduras fue en otro tiempo un alto cargo en ese mundillo. Éste se levantó y con una voz inhumana me dijo que si venía a intentar frenar el segundo vaticinio encontraría el fin. Se abalanzó sobre mi. Su superioridad física era obvia. Intenté defenderme. El futuro estaba en mis manos , no podía fallar a nuestra etnia. Tras un forcejeo momentáneo el monstruo mordió mortalmente mi cuello. Mientras la vida se escapaba lentamente de mi cuerpo solo podía pensar en que sería de nuestra especie…….

Upcoming Devastation es un combo de brutal death / grindcore procedentes de Galicia. Comenzaron su carrera en 2009. Un año más tarde lanzaron su primera demo "Dying Ecstasy" haciendo las delicias de todo amante de este género, y demostrando una vez más que el nivel que tenemos en España en cuanto a metal extremo se refiere es realmente increíble.
Tres años más tarde vio la luz su primer L.P "Visceral Hate", siguiendo la estela de devastación creada con su primera maqueta.
Nuevamente tuvimos que esperar otras tres primaveras para tener en nuestras manos su nuevo y flamante E.P "Trilogy of Human Decay", siendo la razón de que estas insidiosas esquelas hallan sido creadas.
El line up es el siguiente: Aarón Vila (guitarra), Ramón Blanco (voz), David Carballeda (batería. Asimismo miembro de Brutal Rape), Roy Hermida (bajo), Ivan Atrio (guitarra)
En este cortísimo Extended Play los gallegos nos regalan una obra tremendamente feroz y trepidante, que en sus casi 10 minutos consiguen descoyuntarte el cuello sin remisión.
La producción es tan actual como potente y nítida, siendo perfecta para lo que se nos viene encima al darle al play al susodicho.
Los riffs son punzantes, descarnados, con un punto extra de técnica, y algún matiz poco convencional que hace sonar frescas sus composiciones, sin olvidar la inclusión de arrasadores armónicos. Por supuesto no faltan los riffs pesados. MUY BIEN.
Los registros vocales se mueven en el más bajo y profundo deathgrowls que destrozará tu alma sin remisión.
Las baterías te reventaran con sus constantes cambios de dirección y su velocidad. Asfixiantes y veloces a más no poder. Te reventaran a base de blasts beats con instantes de med tempo y machacadas de beatdown realmente contundentes.
Después de esta descripción global pasemos a comentar brevemente los tres tracks que componen este E.P
"Human Flesh" os ofrecerán los riffs desquiciantes que comentaba un poco más arriba. ENORME. Hacía tiempo que no lograban sacarme una sonrisa de satisfacción y que mi rostro demostrara sorpresa.
"Chromosome, No. 13" es un corte más asesino que el anterior. Aunque cabria decir mejor mas extremo en sus formas. Pasa de ofrecer una rapidez espectacular, a brindar una pesadez inverosímil.
"Return to the First Day" es la más intricada de las tres en cuanto a ejecución se refiere. Para el que escribe es la mejor tonada de todas las aquí expuestas. La rotura de cuello causada por headbanging salvaje esta asegurada.
Si eres afín a este tipo de sonidos te aseguro que disfrutarás sobremanera. Estos tipos saben lo que se hacen, y a decir verdad, personalmente no puedo esperar a que nos regalen su segundo L.P, que de seguro nos dejará a todos con la boca abierta.

Before World War III begins, the global situation was unsustainable. The Governments of developed countries in a total social collapse began to overexploiting to those most in need. For decades because of this deep depression and the need of hope began to emerge new Messiah, thus creating new religions. These were the mix of all beliefs unifying them into one. This new faith gave optimism to the poorest since the great boom was getting closer. They believe a new Bible. This became clear that humanity would go through three decadent moments before returning to restore the values that a time made it great. Finally the nuclear warheads flew over our planet. Millions of people were brutally massacred. At that moment the first of the prophecies came true. This was to increase the number of believers in the Almighty among survivors of the Holocaust. I was one of those new preachers. Inhumanely disfigured and wearing a frayed while that dirty robes, he roamed the world expanding the word of the new deity. I was the only issue that remained of divine teachings. This book did that on multiple occasions I was attacked by the assailants, because something like it could be exchanged for many food. The riffs are sharp, fleshed, with an extra point of technique, and some unconventional shade that sounds fresh compositions, not to mention the inclusion of wildfire harmonics. Of course there are the heavy riffs. Very well.
Vocal records are moved in the most low and deep deathgrowls that will destroy your soul without remission.
Drums will destroy you with the constant changes of direction and speed. It’s asphyxiating and fast. You care-based blasts beats with moments of med tempo and beatdowns.
"Human Flesh" you will be offered the stressful riffs that commented above. GREAT.
"Chromosome, no. 13" is a song more murderous than the previous track. It passes offer a spectacular speed, to provide an implausible heaviness.
"Return to the First Day" is the most complicated of the three song in terms of execution. For me is the best track of all the exposed here. Neck break caused by wild headbanging is insured.
If you like this kind of sounds I assure you that you will greatly enjoy. These types know what they do, and to be honest, personally I can’t wait to they give us their second L.P, which surely will leave everyone satisfied.
