Crítica: Natvre's – Wrath (2015)

Desde tierras griegas, concretamente desde Salónica, nos presentan Natvre’s su primer gran duración llamado ‘Wrath’, lanzado a últimos de 2015. Disco que seguramente engordará los grandes lanzamientos surgidos en Europa al cabo de éstos últimos años a lo que al Black Metal concierne. Con un sonido frío y desgarrador, y una voz de ultratumba, nos presentan Natvre’s 45 minutos de crudo Black Metal con abundantes melodías y partes contundentes creando una música muy compacta en éstos 8 cortes que nos acompañan.

Desgranando el disco tenemos de todo, temas cortantes y directos como ‘Prototype’ que te engancharán a la primera, con un cierto aire a Gorgoroth o temas a un medio tiempo como ‘Narcissus’ o el tema apertura ‘Lazarines’. El tema cuarto, ‘Hinterland’ se nos presenta como un interludio de mas de 8 minutos, que es un pasaje oscuro e instrumental que precede al tema es llamado su disco, ‘Wrath’, posiblmente uno de sus mejores temas, con partes mas machacantes y un riff de inicio preciso y que marca todo el tema. La última parte del disco, podemos escuchar el tema número 6, ‘The Woven Art’ del que podemos escuchar mas de lo mismo que nos ofrecen éstos griegos, con ‘Endless’ volvemos al medio tiempo machacón con muy buenas melodías, y un riff característico que te pueden recordar a los polacos Mgla, gran referencia que doy para escuchar éste disco, sobre todo de su última obra, el disco termina con ‘Natvre’s War’, gran final por cierto. Un tema bastante oscuro con un riff en medio del tema bastante destacable, del que sinceramente, deja buen sabor de boca.

En conclusión, un buen inicio dentro del black metal, con un album con todos los matices importantes, un sonido cortante en las guitarras, oscuro y voces graves acordes con la producción. Como bien decía al principio, estámos ante otro disco que cumple con esas expectativas creadas en obras recientes en grupos como Behemoth o Mgla. Definitivamente si te gustan los ritmos oscuros y voces grabadas como antaño, crudas, estarás ante un gran trabajo, que compensará con creces la oída.

From Greek lands, specifically from Thessaloniki, present us Natvre’s their first L.P called ‘Wrath’, released in 2015 surely fatten the great releases that emerged in Europe after the latter years to what Black Metal is concerned. With a cold and heart-wrenching sound and a voice from beyond the grave; we have 45 minutes of raw Black Metal with great melodies and strong parts creating a very compact music in these 8 tracks that accompany us.

Shelling the disc have everything, sharp and direct songs like ‘Prototype’ that will hook you to the first, with a certain taste to Gorgoroth or mid-tempo’s tracks like ‘Narcissus’ or opening track ‘Lazarines’. The fourth theme, ‘Hinterland’ is presented like an interlude of more than 8 minutes, which is a dark and instrumental passage that precedes the track that gives title to the album, ‘Wrath’, possibly one of their best songs, with more crushing parts and a riff precise marking start and the whole song. The last part of the album, we can hear the song number 6, ‘The Woven Art’ where we hear more of the same that we provide these Greeks, with ‘Endless’ return to crushing mid-tempo with very good melodies, and a characteristic riff that you can remember to Mgla, great reference I to listen to this record, especially their last work, the album ends with ‘Natvre’s War’ grand finale. A theme pretty dark with a great riff in the middle of the song, which frankly leaves a good taste.

In conclusion, a good start in the black metal with an album with all important nuances, a sharp sound on guitars, dark, chords and low voices. As I have said before, we face another album that meets these expectations created in recent works in bands like Behemoth or Mgla. Definitely if you like dark rhythms and vocals recorded like in the good old days, raw, you will to a great album.
