Crítica: Zombieslut – Undead Commando (2015)‏

Hace tan solo un año que comenzó la extinción de la raza humana. Previendo un cada vez más posible conflicto mundial, nuestros dirigentes decidieron comenzar el proyecto "No Muerto". Esta iniciativa consistía en crear una droga que sería usada en la batalla. En teoría, todo aquel soldado al que se le inoculara esta sustancia, si era abatido, al cabo de unos minutos volvería a la vida continuando la contienda. Para llevar esto a cabo eligieron a los mejores científicos del país. Nos trajeron a unas instalaciones secretas, y una vez allí nos explicaron todo lo que debíamos conocer respecto al trabajo encomendado. Éramos diez sin contar conmigo. Las pruebas iniciales, como eran de esperar se empezaron a realizar con animales, siendo todo un éxito. El siguiente paso, por supuesto era probar con hombres. Recuerdo perfectamente como aquellos supuestos voluntarios entraban en la sala. Tan asustados como motivados por servir a su país, y por que su familia recibiera esa sustanciosa cantidad de dinero que se les prometió si aceptaban ponerse en manos de la ciencia, entraron en aquella esterilizada habitación. Minutos más tarde se les inyecto el narcótico. Al cabo de quince minutos fueron acribillados a balazos. Ahora solo teníamos que esperar unos instantes para ver si los efectos del fármaco había surtido efecto. Las horas pasaron. Ninguno de ellos volvió a levantarse, con lo que entramos al habitáculo. Sacamos los cuerpos sin vida con la intención de llevarlos a la incineradora. Antes de que pudiésemos meterlos en sus respectivas bolsas, comenzaron a moverse. Tenían una mirada vacía, con ojos vidriosos y carentes de sentimientos. Veíamos como no les era posible articular palabra, y parecía que tampoco nos entendían a nosotros. Decidimos que lo mejor era practicarles más pruebas para ver que es lo que había fallado. Finalmente los ubicamos en habitaciones individuales, con el fin de estudiar su comportamiento uno a uno. Al caer la noche, y casi al unísono,  todos se mostraban cada vez más alterados y agresivos. Al día siguiente, lo que vimos era absolutamente aterrador. Su carne se había descompuesto, y alguno de ellos se había arrancado y comido algún miembro. El experimento había sido todo un fracaso, con lo que tendríamos que acabar definitivamente con esos pobres diablos. Una patrulla de las fuerzas especiales entraron en aquel lugar sobre el medio día. Al cabo de unos momentos comenzó el principio del fin. Todo pasó realmente deprisa. Cuando el pequeño pelotón de elite intentó entrar en sus cabinas fue brutalmente atacado. Esos engendros no morían. Comenzaron a devorar literalmente a los militares, los cuales en unos instantes también se levantaban transformados en muertos vivientes. Corrí tan rápido como pude. La salida estaba en el piso de arriba y los zombies tal vez eran fieros pero lentos de movimiento, así que pensé que podría salir de allí y sellar aquel lugar. Conforme avanzaba, mi mente se hacía una y otra vez la misma pregunta, ¿que pasaría si esto llegaba al exterior?, y los más importante ¿tendría cura?………
Tan solo dos días más tarde, el planeta estaba plagado de estos monstruos.
Acabáis de llegar al universo musical de Zombieslut. ¿Cuanto tiempo sobrevivirás en el?

Zombieslut es un combo de death metal procedentes de Alemania. Iniciaron su andadura en este mundillo en 2008.
Dos años más tarde el mundo vio nacer su primer larga duración. Bautizado con el nombre de "Braineater", estos alemanes dieron el pistoletazo de salida a su carnicería sónica.

Nos hicieron esperar cinco largos años, hasta que al fin nos regalaron su nuevo L.P "Undead Commando".
Editado el el 5 de noviembre de 2015 bajo el manto de Rotten Roll Rex, es la razón de que existan estas putrefactas esquelas.

El line up es el siguiente: Frank von Boldt (guitarra y voz), Mojo Kallus (bajo. Ex-Pulse of Decay), Hamdi Avci (batería. Miembro además de War Agenda, ex-Pulse of Decay, ex-The Church Bizzare), Joe Azazel (guitarra. Ex-Immortal Hate, G.U.T., Nunwhore Commando 666, ex-Pyogenesis).

En esta nueva andanada los alemanes nos traen un trabajo realmente sólido y rocoso de old school death metal con tintes de doom death. A pesar de ello, y debido a lo predecible de sus estructuras, el disco cae en el profundo y letal pozo del aburrimiento. La originalidad no brilla por su presencia precisamente. Es cierto que en una agrupación de esta índole no se le pide ni se valora esa cualidad, pero si se le tiene, y debe exigir dinamismo en sus creaciones. Estamos ante una obra que se queda a medio camino. Sus momentos estelares, que los tiene, no llegan a salvarlo de la quema, dejando una agria sensación, pensando que algo que podía haber llegado a buen puerto, al final se queda solo en buenas intenciones que se diluyen durante el trascurso del nombrado.

Los riffs son gruesos y pesados, con algunos momentos estelares aunque poco adictivos en la mayoría de los casos.Los encontramos tanto a una cuerda como fluidos, siendo entremezclados correctamente ambos.

El apartado vocal si es impecable. Los deathgrowls son pútridos y absolutamente efectivos, sin usar una doble tonalidad.

Las baterías se suelen mover en el med tempo. Sin embargo no os asustéis, ya que en ocasiones los ritmos altos están presentes.

Al fin conseguimos descubrir como matar a esos inmundos esperpentos. El procedimiento era simple; tan solo un disparo certero en la cabeza. Esto acababa con sus vidas. Ahora queda investigarlos para poder encontrar un antídoto que salve a la practica totalidad de la población. Y aquí me hallo. En la fría mesa de autopsias está uno de ellos. Examinaré cada centímetro de su ser. Extraeré sus entrañas y analizare sus mejores órganos. Así y solo así conseguiremos parar todo esto. Ahora, dejaré de pensar en todos los que he perdido durante estos años y procederé a hacer la primera y mas profunda incisión…….

Al termino de esta descripción global pasemos a comentar los tracks que más resaltan de este redondo.

Destacaría "Raw Burial Recontamination", "Voidbringer" y "Penetrator" por las siguientes razones:

¿Recordáis el debut de S.O.D?, pues el riff inicial de "Raw Burial Recontamination", te recordará a horrores a la tonada instrumental que abre su "Speak English Or Die". El aliciente aquí se basa en que de ahí nos transportan a un mundo de desolación y contundencia, con la inclusión de nuevos riffs, y los requeridos cambalaches de celeridad.

Si buscáis velocidad poneos "Voidbringer", ya que es un up tempo trepidante y sin compasión.

Todo lo contrario es "Penetrator". Esta arremetida hará que quiebre tu cráneo a base de riffs crujientes y arrastrados. Atentos al momento down tempo del final.

Este conjunto es muy joven todavía, y espero que en futuros lanzamientos no den la sorpresa ya que tienen las cualidades para crear un ataque letal de "metal muerto". A pesar de ello, y como insinúo de manera clara anteriormente, aún no están al nivel requerido.

A year ago, which began the extinction of the human race. In anticipation of a global conflict as far as possible, our leaders decided to start the project "No Muerto". Minutes later, we injected them narcotics. Fifteen minutes after were riddled with bullets. Now we only had to wait a few moments to see if the effects of the drug had taken effect. The hours passed. None of them returned to stand up, with what went into the cockpit. We got the bodies without life intending to take them to the incinerator. Before we could put them on their respective bags, they began to move. They had a blank stare, with eyes glassy and devoid of feelings. We saw as they was not possible to articulate a word, and it seemed that they also understand us. We decided that it was best to practice them more tests to see what what had failed. We finally locate them in single rooms, in order to study their behavior one at a time. At nightfall, and almost in unison, all they were altered and more aggressive. The next day, what we saw was absolutely frightening. His flesh had rotted, and some of them had plucked and eaten someone. The experiment had been all a failure, so we would have to make a definitive break with those poor Devils. A special forces patrol entered that place about noon. After a few moments started the beginning of the end. Everything happened really quickly. When the small platoon of elite tried to enter their booths was brutally attacked. Those monsters did not die. They began to literally devour the military, which in a few moments also stood transformed into undead. I ran as fast as I could. The output was in the upstairs and the zombies maybe were fierce but slow motion, so I thought I could get out of there and seal that place. As I progressed, my mind was made again and again the same question, what would happen if this abroad?, and the most important would be a cure?…

Just two days later, the planet was plagued with these monsters.<br>You just get to the musical universe of Zombieslut. How long survive?

Zombieslut is a combo of death metal from Germany. Began his career in this scene in 2008. Two years later the world witnessed the birth of their first full length. Baptized with the name of "Braineater", these Germans gave kick off your sonic carnage.

They made us wait five long years, until at last they gave us their new L.P  . Edited the November 5, 2015, under the cloak of Rotten Roll Rex, is the reason that there are these rotten obituaries.

The line up is as follows: Frank von Boldt (guitar and vocals), Mojo Kallus (bass. Ex-Pulse of Decay), Hamdi Avci (drums. War Agenda, ex-Pulse of Decay, ex-The Church Bizzare), Joe Azazel (guitar. Ex-Immortal Hate, G.U.T., Nunwhore Commando 666, ex-Pyogenesis).

In this new barrage the Germans bring us a really solid and rocky work of old school death metal doom-tinged. In spite of this, and due to the predictable structures, the disk falls into deep and deadly boredom well. Originality not conspicuous by its presence precisely. It’s true that in a group of this nature are not asked nor appreciates that quality, but if you must, and should require dynamism in their creations. We have a work that is half-way. Their stellar moments, which has them, fail to save it from the burning, leaving a sour feeling, thinking that something could have come to fruition, the end is left alone in good intentions which are diluted during the course of the appointed.

The riffs are thick and heavy, with some stellar moments but little addictive in the majority of cases. We find them both to a string as fluids, being properly interspersed both.

The vocal is impeccable. The deathgrowls are rotten and absolutely effective, without using a double tone.

Drums tend to move in the med tempo. However don’t be alarmed, since sometimes the high rhythms are present.

At last we discover how to kill those evil scarecrows. The procedure was simple; only an accurate shot in the head. Now is researching them to find an antidote that will save to practice the entire population. And here I am. On the cold table of autopsies is one of them. We will look at every inch of your being. I extract their bowels and analizare his best organs. Thus, and only thus we stop all this. Now, I will leave thinking about all that they’ve lost during these years and will proceed to make the first and deepest incision…

At the end of this global description move on to comment on the tracks that stand out most of this album.

The best songs are "Raw Burial Recontamination”, "Voidbringer” and "Penetrator” for the following reasons:

Do you remember the debut of S.O.D?, because the initial riff of "Raw Burial Recontamination", it will remind you to the instrumental tune that opens your "Speak English Or Die". The lure here is based on that then transport you to a world of desolation and forcefulness, with the inclusion of new riffs, and the required speed fiddling.

If you are looking for speed get "Voidbringer", because it is an up tempo pounding and merciless.

The opposite is "Penetrator". This lunge will make you break your skull-based riffs crisp and dragged. Mindful of the down tempo of the end time.

This band is still very young, and I hope that in future releases they give us a surprise. They have the qualities to create a lethal attack of Death Metal. In spite of this, and as I suggest clearly above, are not yet at the required level.
